During tomorrow's meeting, there will be a discussion on the
proposed 2021 church budget as well as a time for additional questions regarding Dr. Steve McKinion serving as
Intentional Interim Pastor at Woodland.

Voting to approve: 1) the 2021 proposed budget and 2) Dr. Steve McKinion as Intentional Interim Pastor at Woodland will begin at the conclusion of tomorrow's business meeting and continue until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, December 16. Church members (18+) can cast their vote in ONE of the following ways:
In-person ballots can be picked up and cast on Wednesday, Dec. 9 and Sunday, Dec. 13.
Phone call votes can be cast by calling the church office at (919) 556-5455.
Email votes can be cast by responding to a churchwide email or emailing the church office directly at woodland.secretary@gmail.com.
Once a phone call or email vote is received, an office administration staff member will:
One official ballot box will be secured, transferred and set up in two locations during the designated voting time of
Wednesday, Dec. 9 - Wednesday, Dec. 16. Those locations are: 1) the church welcome center and 2) the church office.
As a reminder, Woodland asks all attendees to wear a mask/face covering at all times while inside the church facilities. If you would like to converse with other Woodlanders following an in-person event, we humbly ask you to do so in the parking lot while maintaining appropriate social distance. Please understand that we are not doing this out of obligation or fear. But out of a loving concern for one another and to ensure we are doing our best to keep everyone as safe as possible.
